Returns & Exchanges

At Ducati Omaha, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium riding gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; apparel must be unworn and in new condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
